About Me

Looking for a therapeutic or supervisory experience that is both empowering and impactful? I'd be honored to help. Providing services that embrace humanity within a supportive environment is central to my practice. Whether you are seeking treatment or clinical supervision as a growing professional, I offer a soft place to land, and one of acceptance and compassion. I have experience treating a multitude of presenting clinical concerns, including (but not limited to) the treatment of trauma and PTSD, spirituality, historical and religious trauma, and life transitions.  An equal passion of mine in practice is providing clinical supervision and/or consultation toward LPC and CAC licensure for counseling and addictions professionals.

I graduated with a Ph.D in Counselor Education and Supervision from Adams State University in 2019 and completed my Master's degree in Counseling at Regis University in 2007. I went on to obtain my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor) licensures between 2010 and 2012.  As a former educator and current clinician, I ultimately combined my greatest loves of teaching, clinical supervision and psychotherapy as a counselor educator and embrace all three roles in practice.

Mostly, I bring my love of sharing the human experience to my practice; striving to create a safe and uninhibited space. Your input and experience in treatment and supervision are extremely important to me, and I encourage your voice to be heard and integrated into services at all times.
